Introducing our VP of Operations for Belize:

Gaynoll Murray-Arthurs

Originally from Belize where I trained and worked as a nurse. I live in the US where I work as a Certified Medical Lab Tech. I’ve spent all my adult life living in America, but enjoy giving back to my country. I founded a nonprofit, where I donate point of care instruments and teach public health nurses how to use them

The Mission:

Team Help is very excited for the opportunity to work with and help the citizens of Belize.

There are several ways that Team Help feels that it can contribute to the citizens and country of Belize. First and foremost is training and education, specializing in emergency pre-hospital care and trauma. This mission is what we were founded on.

First on our list is to become a licensed NGO in Belize.

Other areas of interest are, but not limited to:

  • Assist in establishing accredited medical training programs for the citizens of Belize
  • Work with remote areas to train and establish first responders
  • Create the demand for medical jobs in Belize
  • Develop a disaster response team in Belize
  • Develop a disaster morgue team in Belize
  • Assist Belize in efforts to improve and increase infrastructure to allow easier access to medical care
  • Assist with Child and Family services
  • Work with the homeless and people in need – Help establish food kitchens, shelters and low income housing.
