Striving to serve the local villages in Haiti through mobile medical clinics and community education.
Partnering with Team Help to donate unused or expired medical supplies.
Global Response Management (GRM) is an international medical NGO registered in the United States as a 501(c)(3) organization. We exist to bring emergency pre-hospital care and training to those living in or displaced from conflict zones, with a focus on underserved areas and the Middle East, operating in high-risk areas where others cannot. Our network of experienced medical personnel is dedicated to working with and training local populations in trauma and pre-hospital care based on TCCC principals to increase survivability in low-resource-high-risk areas. By working with medical professionals from a variety of backgrounds, we bring a diverse team to populations in critical need.
We go where most people won’t... Our whole platform is that we’re not going to go to the nice cushy places where things have long since calmed down, we want to go where people need us the most.
— Helen Perry, GRM
Team Help has contracted with GRM to develop proprietary training in austere medicine that focuses on emergency pre-hospital care. Team Help will be recruiting volunteer instructors to travel to the locations we are working in to teach these classes.
Austere Medicine Defined: Austere Medicine' is the practice of medicine in resource-constrained environments – whether it be the wilderness, developing countries or after disasters.
The Haiti Health Team (HHT) is organized by medical students in Haiti. They are serving the people of Haiti with basic medical care. They are wanting to start a mobile clinic that will serve in two disadvantaged neighborhoods of the capital. Over 90% of the population lives on 1 US dollar per day. Facing this difficult situation these medical students are reaching out to these communities.
Our goal is to provide:
- Patient Consultation
- Education and screening for High Blood Pressure and Diabetes
- Community Health
They need financial support, medical supplies and vehicles to carryout this mission.
We want to partner with your organization or company to help us achieve our goal of teaching others to save lives around the world.
